tapioca dadinho

Lots of cheese, milk and granulated tapioca in the best Minas Gerais version. Light, crunchy and tasty, our dadinho is “too good!”. Bittersweet and spicy jellies add a special touch to the appetizer.  

Ingredients:Milk, granulated tapioca, cheese, salt and black pepper.

Allergic:Contains milk and derivatives.

 

Gluten-free.
 

Conservation: Freezer: from -12º C to -32º C. Domestic freezer: -4º C to -12º C. BonMess Tapioca Dadinho goes straight from the freezer to immersion in hot oil until golden; oven  15 to 20 min or until golden;  Air Fryer 10 to 15 min or until golden.

Method of preparation

Oil

Preheat the oil and fry the dadinhos in immersion until golden. Tip: Don't put too many dadinhos in the pan, as they can stick.

air fryer

Preheat the Air Fryer to 180º. Place the cubes in the basket with  2cm apart and fry  for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Oven

Preheat the oven to 180º. Place the dadinhos on a baking sheet 2cm apart. Bake for 15-20 minutes or  until golden brown.

Pepper Jelly recipe suggestion

Ingredients:

  • 2 chili peppers (seedless and diced)

  • 200 ml of orange juice

  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar

  • 1 large grated apple (no skin)

  • 1 whole garlic clove (peeled)

  • salt to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. In a pan add all the ingredients and mix well until you dilute the sugar.

  2. Let it cook on low heat for about 25 minutes or until it reaches a jelly point.

  3. Remove the garlic clove.

  4. Allow to cool and serve with the BonMess tapioca dadinhos.
